Paying in crypto

Send the exact amount the payment page shows. Some wallets, and private or shielded sends in particular, take the network fee out of the amount you send rather than adding it on top, and then only part of the payment arrives. If that happens, the page asks for the rest at the same address. Send it before the payment expires, and if the balance still does not appear, use the form above with the invoice ID and every transaction ID.
