Call MagmaRouter with curl

No SDK needed. MagmaRouter's chat completions endpoint takes an ordinary POST with a bearer key, so curl is enough to test a key or a model.

Add "stream": true to the body for a server-sent event stream. The signed receipt comes back in the X-MagmaRouter-Receipt response header.
